As team members’ basic and psychological needs are increasingly met, an organization can focus on supporting frontline leaders to meet the highest order need - self-fulfillment or living up to their potential.  During public health crises this translates to team members taking the lead; role modeling a calm, grounded approach to workplace challenges; creative solution generation; adaptability to new ways of care delivery and operations; resilience; and self-motivation.

Course Objectives

  1. Identify the self-fulfillment and giving needs that must be met to allow our team members to perform excellently during public health crises.
  2. Discuss simple conversation pathways that will help participants address this highest order need.
  3. Identify best practices, tools and techniques that will help frontline leaders to lead themselves and others, to be exceptional solution seekers, practice self-motivation and serve (give) to others.

In order to be eligible for CEUs, you must be registered and logged in under the name on the registration and complete the assessment for the webinar within 1 week of the webinar.  If you are seeking ASHA CEUs, you must submit the ASHA Participant Form.

CEUs are all processed at the same time and your certificate will be emailed to you based on your eligibility.
