Kelly MacNeill-Cooney is the Vice President of Compliance and Training for Therapy Specialists in San Diego, CA and is a Speech Language Pathologist and Certified in Healthcare Compliance. She is also the President of the National Association of Rehab Providers and Agencies (NARA) and a long-standing ASHA Member. She is active in therapy related legislative issues on a federal, state and local level. Sabrena McCarley is the Director of Quality with RehabCare and is responsible for therapist mentoring, training, program development, quality assurance, compliance and regulatory support. Her career has been exclusively in post- acute care settings working with the geriatric population with multiple diagnoses and complexities with varying levels of acuity and maximizing their quality of life. McCarley has held staff therapist positions, Director of Rehabilitation positions and regional multisite clinical and operational positions. She has presented at State, National and International Conferences and has acted as the AOTA CE Administrator. McCarley is a member of the Living in Place Medical Advisory Panel and is actively involved in the Occupational Therapy Association of California leadership as Chair for Advocacy and Government Affairs and she is a member of The National Association of Rehab Providers and Agencies as Board Member at Large. In 2017, McCarley was appointed to the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) MACRA Episode-Based Cost Measures –Neuropsychiatric Disease Management Clinical Subcommittee (Wave 1). In 2018, McCarley was appointed to the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) MACRA Episode-Based Cost Measures –Neuropsychiatric Disease Management Clinical Subcommittee (Wave 2) and in May 2019, McCarley was appointed to the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) MACRA Episode-Based Cost Measures- Chronic Condition and Disease Management (Wave 3). Linda Riccio is the Vice President of Therapy Services with Transitional Care Management. She is a 35-year veteran of long-term care operations and clinical development with has a BS in Occupational Therapy. She has a diverse skill set in program development and implementation resulting in fiscally responsible and meaningful programs. She has been an active member of NARA for many years serving on the Conference Committee before taking on the Chairperson role of the committee.
